Thank you for shopping with Lash Hysteria & Co! We’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.


📦 Processing Times

  • All lash product orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed during holidays or sales may require an additional 1–3 business days to process.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

    • U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.


📩 Digital Products

  • All digital products (eBooks, downloads, guides, templates) are delivered instantly via email and available for immediate download after purchase.

  • No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


❗ Incorrect or Missing Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Lash Hysteria & Co is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If your package is returned due to an address error, we can reship it once new shipping fees are paid.


📫 Missing, Damaged, or Lost Orders

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us at salessupport@lashhysteria.co within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist.


✈️ International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
