📦 Processing Times

All lash product orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed during holidays or sales may require an additional 1–3 business days to process.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

U.S. Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
📩 Digital Products

All digital products (eBooks, downloads, guides, templates) are delivered instantly via email and available for immediate download after purchase.

No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
❗ Incorrect or Missing Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Lash Hysteria & Co is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
If your package is returned due to an address error, we can reship it once new shipping fees are paid.
📫 Missing, Damaged, or Lost Orders
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us at salessupport@lashhysteria.co within 3 business days of delivery so we can assist.
✈️ International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
